This venue is beautiful, kept well, has kind staff, and offers great value with a diverse breakfast selection including omelets and fresh fruits.

The proximity to the calm beach of Cala Mayor

They displayed in the bar a very tempting Pina Colada as "The cocktail of the day" . I requested one and it was disappointing. The presentation was not even close to the one they displayed, the cocktail was not good and the price was too high.

I stayed at Costa Palma during the first week the hotel had re-opened after a major renovation. My room was on the 6th floor (that´s the top floor) and had a perfect view to the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is on a beautiful beach in Cala Major; which is just west of Palma. The number 3 bus that takes you into the old city of Palma stops just before the hotel (about a 10 minute ride). I signed up for ´half board´, which included breakfast and dinner (drinks weren´t included with dinner under half board). Breakfast had a wide variety and the dinner was worth the price of the half board. In general I had a wonderful week of holiday staying there. The staff is very excited about the opening and couldn´t be friendlier or more engaged into making sure everyone is taking care of.

Dust from the renovation was just settling in my room during the first few days of staying there, although it was much better by the 3rd or 4th day. Breakfast was great, but quality of yogurt and juices could be better.

The breakfast is diverse and delicious, offering a selection of fruits and omelettes.

The staff were efficient and the breakfast was varied and large with omlettes and fruits, for example.

Had an enjoyable stay at this original place for 3 nights. Good-sized and brand-new rooms with good beds, a private safe, a mini-bar and central heating. Plenty of products for a rich and above average breakfast. Location just off easy bus stops and plenty buses to neighbouring resorts.

Exceptionally comfortable bed. Great and fab position near the Cala Major beach, local shops, and bars.- Good continental breakfast with delicious pancakes and omelette.

Fairly clean place with absolutely breathtaking views and magnificent and wonderful location easy to get to the city center. Rich and above average breakfast — plenty of meals. Good service, dedicated and efficient staff❤

The hotel's location was unbeatable and magnificent, close to shopping centers and a market, with easy access by taxi from the airport. Loved having a private safe, mini-bar, and central heating in the room.- The bed was comfortable and the pool area was lovely.
